Xymogen products are sent USPS Priority Mail, and ship within 24 – 48 hours of the order being placed.
Large orders may be require a signature upon delivery, though we reserve the right to request a signature upon delivery for any order size.
Order Processing:
Orders placed by the below times will be shipped within 24 hours. Same day shipping is no longer guaranteed, though we will make best efforts to do so. Next Day Shipping would therefore arrive 2 days after placing the order.

Heat Sensitive Orders
Products requiring shipment in a cool environment (perishable and frozen items) are subject to special shipping procedures due to their sensitive nature to ensure customers receive products in good condition. We recommend that heat sensitive products ship with Overnight delivery. Heat sensitive products ordered after Noon Central time on Thursday will be shipped out Monday when Overnight delivery is requested.
Returns
We are happy to accept returns within 60 days of purchase, as long as the product is unopened and all seals are intact.

Heat Sensitive items, unless there is a product defect.
