Suggested Use:
Take 1 rounded teaspoon up to 3 times daily, or as directed by your healthcare professional. Mix powder into 8 to 10 ounces of your favorite beverage. If starting use of a fiber supplement for the first time, take 1 teaspoon per day for the first 3 days and then increase to 2 per day for the next 5 days and then 3 per day.

Store sealed in a cool dry place. Keep out of reach of children. Use only if safety seal is intact. If pregnant, consult your physician before taking. Inner seal may lift off when cap is removed. Seal integrity is maintained until cap is removed.
